December 1982 memo from "P.O.O", a name that Theophilus Smith used in internal discussions. It's not known what it stands for. Addressed to the "Cadre of the O", it announces that the organization will now be called "T.J. Enterprise" (it is also not known what "T.J." stands for). There is a reorganization in the works where individuals will have a code name based on the department they work in.  There is a table of income and expenses that appears to be organization wide.
