General (Computer Sales): Providing computer solution to first-time users or more advanced systems to meet business growth needs.

Particular (PACT): OEM to sell integrated software (designed for specific marketing niche) which runs on HP Hardware.

ELEMENTS WHICH BOTH RETARDED AND ADVANCED THE SALES PROCESS:

The process can be looked in two stages:

Stage I: Contractor mailing- Summer (transition and reorganization) Fall

Stage II: 250 user mailing and telemarketing - Nov./Dec.
