Childhood

Where were you born and raised?
Briefly describe your childhood?
Did you have any siblings? Describe.
Who were your friends during childhood?
What is your earliest childhood memory?
What is your favorite/worst childhood memory?
How were you rewarded/punished?
Were there any particular difficulties during childhood - deaths, divorce, changes in economic circumstances?
What were significant external factors in your development (people, organizations, environment, etc.)?

Schooling

How did you do in school academically?
What were you like in school socially?
What are some of the significant things you remember from school?
How far did you go in school. College? Graduate school?

Work/Career

Describe your working career.
What would be the career you would have chosen if not what you did/are doing?
How do you get along with co-workers?

Background

What were the most significant influences in your life outside of your parents?
Describe.
What did your parents do?
When you think of your mother/father what values do you think they tried to impart; what was important to them? How did they spend their free time?
What made them angry? What did they complain about?
What was your mothers/father's background?
