This March 1981 from P.O.O. (Theophilus Smith) creates new guidelines for submitting the PS-01 which was scheduled to be revised in following months.

"A NEW SYSTEM OF COMMUNICATION

STEPS

1. The 2nd state of motion PS01 Form must include all categories of one's daily social practice. The PS01 must be used to record ongoing changes in one's
social practice.
2. There must he a PS02 for every process one is apart of, or the under taking of a process.
3. Use the Work Breakdown Structure Input Data Form PS01 in conjunction with PS-02. Centralize this form and the other two, but this form will be computerized
and returned to you.
4. In 4 to 5 weeks new forms will be coming out as replacement for the now 3 communication forms (PS01, PS02, and PS01 Summary Form)."
